| Leslie Mengel, cello Leslie’s career has included an appearance on National Public Radio and an artist-in-residency program at Pennsylvania State University. He was a semi-finalist in the Concours International Chamber Music Competition in Paris, France, and has been a soloist with the Independence Symphony and the Northland Symphony. He has performed with the Kansas City Symphony and is a member of the Kansas City Chamber Orchestra. Leslie joined the William Jewell faculty in 1982 after receiving his BM and MM Degrees from the UMKC Conservatory of Music. |
